TERMS OF USE

Clear expectations for every learner.

These terms explain the educational limits, CE completion rules, purchase conditions, and responsibilities that apply when using MRI Toolkit.

Educational use

MRI Toolkit provides education and does not replace current manufacturer labeling, scanner documentation, institutional policy, professional scope, or qualified clinical judgment. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or clear a patient, implant, device, or object for MRI.

Continuing education status

A course awards continuing education credit only when its page displays the exact approval organization, category, approved credit amount, approval statement, and valid approval dates. The current comprehensive MRI program is in development; its planned 24-credit value is pending approval and it does not yet award credit.

Completion requirements

When an approved self-learning course opens, learners must complete the required content, achieve the stated passing score within the permitted number of attempts, submit the evaluation, and provide the information required for a valid certificate. A learner may not misrepresent identity, completion, or assessment work.

Purchases and refunds

Prices and refund eligibility will be shown before purchase. Enrollment for the course in development is not currently open. Once paid enrollment begins, duplicate charges or technical access problems should be reported promptly to support.

Certificates and records

Certificates are issued only after every approved completion requirement is met. MRI Toolkit may correct or reissue a certificate when information is inaccurate and will retain course and completion records for required audit and support periods.
