PRIVACY AND EDUCATIONAL USE
MRI Toolkit limits data collection to what is needed to deliver learning, maintain required CE records, provide support, and protect the service.
Public lessons and calculators do not require a learner account. Calculator entries are processed on your device. Do not enter patient-identifying or protected health information. Keep patient identifying and protected health information outside the app.
If you join the CE notification list, MRI Toolkit stores your email address, the date you consented, and the signup source so we can send CE approval and enrollment updates. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing support@mritoolkit.com. Notification addresses are not sold or used for behavioral advertising.
Signed-in CE previews and approved courses may retain your name, email, course enrollment, section progress, assessment attempts and scores, evaluation, completion date, and certificate details. These records support course delivery, certification, customer service, and audit requirements and may be retained for at least five years after completion.
Payment is not currently collected for the course in development. When enrollment opens after approval, payment details will be handled by the disclosed payment provider; MRI Toolkit will retain only the transaction information needed for enrollment, refunds, accounting, and support.
MRI Toolkit does not sell learner information or use CE records for behavioral advertising. Information is shared only with service providers, approval or audit organizations, or authorities when necessary to deliver the service or comply with law.
MRI Toolkit is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor any condition. Calculations and protocol suggestions are simplified educational estimates.
Always follow scanner documentation, institutional policy, device labeling, MRI safety procedures, and qualified clinical judgment. Never use MRI Toolkit to clear an implant or device for MRI.
